bcb has been contributing to the solar thermal sector for over 10 years by designing and developing our own custom application with thermography for heliostat calibration systems, based on computer vision for capturing, analyzing, and processing images of solar disc projections.
Real-time thermography is essential for monitoring and controlling welds. With our bcbMonitor 4.0 system, we offer a valuable resource for the automotive industry, enabling process optimization through continuous monitoring with our customized software.
bcb, with its Baby Beat project (continuous and non-invasive fetal heartbeat measurement system), was one of the thirteen Spanish companies that were granted with a funding from the European Commission for the instrument for SMEs Phase 2, within H2020.
We developed a thermographic monitoring system in the electrolysis area using infrared thermography. The system implements the detection of hotspots due to short circuits in connections between anodes and cathodes.
A 320×240 bolometric camera quickly detects anomalies in electronic boards thanks to its integration with bcbMonitor 4.0, which offers advanced synchronization with external elements (I2C, CAN, LIN).
