Last Thursday, December 3, bcb held the webinar “Applications of thermography in Industry 4.0” in which more than 60 attendees from Spain and Latin America participated.
During 90 minutes, the bcb specialist team addressed topics about the uses and applications of thermography in the automotive, food, aluminum, plastics, energy generation, oil & gas or health sectors, among others.
Likewise, there was a successful launch of the new range of bcbMonitor 4.0 family software: bcbThermoPro, bcbFaceScan, bcbDieScan, bcbTestBench, bcbGasScanIR, bcbElectrolyticIR, bcbRotaryScan, bcbFireScan. Each of these softwares in conjunction with TeledyneLIR cameras are dedicated to meeting the specific needs of each sector. Among many other applications are, injection of aluminum and plastics in the automotive sector, verification of heat sealing in the food sector, detection of methane leaks in the oil & gas sector, detection of high temperature due to possible infection of covid-19 in the sector Health.
A live DEMO of our bcbMonitor 4.0 system was made which together with the FLIR A700 thermal imager demonstrated its functionality and how it can be a valuable ally in Industry 4.0.
