During the 30th and 31st of May and 1st of June at the fair in Valencia, bcb participated in the Industrial Fair MADE FROM PLASTIC, with a stand where it presented its products: bcbMonitor 4.0 and bcbShape, as well as the Teledyne FLIR thermographic cameras of the Range of automation models Ax8, A65, A615 and FC-632R.

It hosted the third edition of the MeetingPack organized by AIMPLAS and AINIA. An event that brought together professionals from the entire value chain of the plastic food packaging sector and had a conference program that put on the table the latest innovations in which the industry works, as well as its challenges and opportunities They raise you.
In the framework of the professional days that were held during the fair days, bcb gave a lecture in the module “Quality Control of the Plastic Industry“.
Under the title of Continuous monitoring and disregard of critical equipment and processes using infrared thermography. Dimensional control of extruded parts, José Luis López Orejas (Business Development in bcb) was in charge of conducting the conference.
bcb presented and made demos of its products:
– bcbShape, allows the inspection and dimensional control of profiles of PVC, aluminum or other materials. The system compares multiple geometric parameters of the profile with the AUTOCAD plane and generates custom reports with the inspection data indicating the differences detected. The bcbShape works on a computer and a high performance scanner where the software developed entirely by bcb is executed.
– bcbMonitor 4.0 allows you to know the thermal distribution of a critical equipment or process to detect potential failures, errors or anticipate emergency situations in advance. This can occur at any time and requires unattended monitoring to notify the person responsible for the installation when the temperatures of the defined ROIs (regions of interest) exceed the established limits.
