bcb renewed for 3 more years its Quality Certificate issued by the Spanish Association for Standardization and Certification SSGS ICS Ibérica. Since 2003 bcb has been certified under ISO 9001 and ratified by SGS ICS Ibérica, S.A. year after year.
Since its creation, bcb has had a constant commitment to quality, aware that this is an essential element to respond to the challenges derived from customer demand and the evolution of the products and services provided.
Throughout June 29, SGS ICS Ibérica carried out the Quality Audit for the renewal of the ISO 9001 certificate in its new 2015 version, in the delegation of bcb Informática y Control, having successfully overcome this process.
The certification evidences the correct adaptation of the bcb quality management system to the new version of the ISO 9001 standard, which has contributed to aligning the quality objectives with the company’s strategic objectives and integrating quality management in the business processes, taking into account the analysis of the internal and external context, risk management and the management of the needs and expectations of different stakeholders
This renewal is the result of the effort and active participation of all bcb employees and the collaboration of our own clients, who with their contributions and suggestions have helped success in process management.
