The main objective of Clockwork Is to promote and create healthy and comfortable environments for middle-aged workers who take turns in order to avoid chrono-disruption.
This goal is achieved through the improvement of external synchronizers, which will help older workers to keep both day and night; A healthy and robust rhythm through the introduction of some imperceptible modifications in its environment. To do this, three main tools will be used: an activity control device, a feedback frame and support application and an innovative circadian system module.
