bcb together with UR and Robot +, organized the II Seminar on Thermography and Collaborative Robotics on February 18, at the facilities of RobotPlus Galicia in O Porriño (Pontevedra).
The scope of integrated thermography to collaborative systems was announced at the seminar with the collaborative robots of Universal Robots A/S and the infrared cameras of FLIR Systems integrated by bcb using the bcbMonitor 4.0.
The Seminar was divided into 3 blocks, the first one was a theoretical paper, where basic concepts of thermography, camera functionality and applications in different sectors, taught by Javier Bezares (CEO of bcb) were discussed. In the second part Aitor Fernandez of Robot Plus Galicia explained the different applications, ranges, models and accessories of the Universal Robot cobots. Finally, there was a workshop where different demonstrations were carried out with two UR robots and FLIR Systems cameras with the bcbMonitor 4.0 software, to subsequently perform the image processing that was taken.
