The METAKUS MFI-B90 is an advanced mobile furnace inspection solution. Designed to walk through continuous industrial furnaces and capture high-resolution video of operating conditions, it searches for damage, wear, and anomalies without interrupting the process. Designed primarily for Hot Stamping applications, it can withstand temperatures up to 950°C, making it an ideal tool for demanding industrial environments.

In its standard configuration, the MFI-B90 incorporates three 4K industrial cameras that provide front and side views for a complete furnace inspection. During its walkthrough, the system records every detail of the process, allowing for detailed analysis to detect faults such as misalignments, roller pollution, insulation problems, or heating anomalies.
