At bcb we are experts in infrared thermography for industrial applications, we are also distributors throughout countries such as Spain, Mexico and Portugal of FLIR cameras, the world’s largest manufacturer of this type of sensors.
Specifically on March 13, bcb will participate with a presentation entitled: “Sensors and electronics 4.0”, as part of this congress. This presentation will mainly talk about our vision as a company on the use of infrared thermography, within IoT to allow complete traceability and guarantee total repeatability of the production process within Industry 4.0.
Similarly, this same day the topic “Use of infrared thermography within Industry 4.0: repeatability and traceability with FLIR “ will be discussed. The use of infrared thermography in industry 4.0 has a great impact on the business model and the results obtained by companies, that is why the presentation that bcb will carry out on this topic will include data on the savings in production costs with the reduction of waste, the saving of energy and the elimination of the defective product in the production chain, as well as the increase of the added value thanks to the increase of the repeatability and the quality of the product.
A live DEMO of the bcbMonitor 4.0 software will be presented, a system for unattended monitoring of productive processes and critical equipment using infrared thermography, which is of great help in detecting possible overheating that would lead to manufacturing errors or damage to fundamental equipment for the activities of the companies.
Advanced Factories is the largest international congress that takes place on Industry 4.0, where the latest innovations in Industrial Automation will be presented in addition to emerging technologies in this industry.
