The newspaper El Mundo publishes, in its edition on Sunday, May 24, an article about some of the Spanish companies that are betting on the development of new technologies to deal with COVID-19.
These companies include bcb, E-Ledmotive, AMS Technologies, Eurecat, Alava Ingenieros, Hamamatsu, CTRL4 Enviro, Nutech Research o Robotnik that belong to Secpho , one of the most important deep tech clusters in Spain.
bcb, FLIR’s distributor and integrator company, specialized in thermographic monitoring systems, has developed software that, combined with a Teledyne FLIR thermal imager, is capable of generating visual and / or audible alarms if a previously established temperature threshold is exceeded. The development of this software, dubbed bcbFaceScan, has been led by the team led by design and research engineer Alejandro Kurtz de Griñó to help fight the spread of Covid-19 and other diseases.
