Last Wednesday, November 5th, we presented the webinar “Autonomous Thermographic Inspections of Energized Assets” in collaboration with the Querétaro Energy Cluster, of which we are active members.
The objective of the webinar was to demonstrate how 24/7 thermographic monitoring has become a key tool for failure prevention, critical asset management, and operational safety in electrical and industrial facilities.

During the session, attendees learned about real-world cases and practical applications of automatic thermal inspection systems, where early detection of hot spots, overloads, faulty connections, and thermal deviations allows for preventative decisions to be made before major failures, unplanned shutdowns, or fire risks occur.
One of the central points of the webinar was the presentation of the bcbConditionsystem, our standalone thermographic inspection solution designed to operate on energized equipment and mission-critical environments. This system allows:
- Continuous real-time monitoring of electrical and mechanical assets
- Automatic alerts for thermal deviations
- Predictive analytics based on trends and operating conditions
- Integration with SCADA, PLC, and Industry 4.0 systems
- Reduction of manual inspections and human risk
- Prevention of failures before they impact production
Thanks to the combination of FLIR thermal imaging cameras, intelligent analytics, and industrial communication, bcbCondition integrates directly with maintenance systems, facilitating predictive maintenance and condition-based maintenance strategies.
As part of the Querétaro Energy Cluster, we are reinforcing our commitment to technological development, operational digitalization, and the promotion of solutions that increase the reliability, availability, and security of the country’s electrical and industrial systems.
We thank all participants and the Energy Cluster for this forum for exchange and technical collaboration.
